Find and download your files

For a signed-in purchase, open Account → Downloads and choose the product. If the listing offers platform builds, select the build for your operating system. Downloaded files are delivered as creator-supplied archives or installers.

Download links are short-lived for security. If an old link has expired, return to your library and request the download again. Do not share your download link or purchased files publicly.

Guest orders use the secure access link sent by email. If the link has expired, contact support from the same purchase email and include the order reference if you have it. Never send your password or a full payment-card number.
