• Account Information: name, email address, and profile details. Sign-in passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in DaVinci Market application records.
• Creator Information: store details, product files, and creator profile information. Payment providers handle sensitive payout-account details.
• Transaction Information: purchase records, product and license selections, download access records, and payment status.
• Technical Information: service providers may process connection and diagnostic information when your browser contacts the site or its services. DaVinci Market does not currently run first-party visitor analytics.
• Support Communications: messages, inquiries, feedback, or correspondence sent to us.

• Process purchases and creator payouts

4. Creator Content & Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their products and intellectual property.

By uploading content to DaVinci Market, creators grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Host creator content on the platform
• Display previews, thumbnails, screenshots, or promotional material
• Promote products through marketing, featured placements, discounts, and editorial content
• Distribute purchased digital files to customers

This license exists solely to operate and promote the marketplace. Ownership remains entirely with the creator.

5. Payments & Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

We do not store complete payment card details directly on DaVinci Market servers. Payment providers may collect information required to process transactions securely and comply with financial regulations.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The current site uses an essential HTTP-only session cookie for signed-in account features, plus browser local storage for the shopping cart, selected cart options, and up to four recent search terms. The session cookie is not readable by page scripts.

The current application does not install a first-party analytics cookie or advertising pixel. Third-party services, including payment providers and embedded resources, may use their own storage under their own policies. See our Cookie & Browser Storage Policy for the current storage list.

You may clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing the session cookie signs you out; clearing local storage removes the cart and recent searches saved on that device. Blocking essential storage may prevent account and cart features from working correctly.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Essential service communications may still be sent when necessary.
