Every delivery needs a head. Leadmaker builds it right the first time.

The whole head, planned Pick a frame rate and a spec (North America broadcast, EBU/UK style, or a short web head). Leadmaker lays out bars, black, slate and countdown so the 2-pop lands at 00:59:58:00 and your program starts at 01:00:00:00.

Frame-exact 2-pop One frame of 1 kHz tone, two seconds before first frame of action, on the same frame as the countdown's "2". Optional tail pop two seconds after the last frame.

Bars and tone SMPTE-style HD bars or EBU 100% bars, with 1 kHz tone at −20, −18 or −12 dBFS for as long as you need.

Slate Title, client, version, Ad-ID or clock number, duration, audio, aspect, frame rate, post house and date, in a clean, readable layout.

Preview, then export Play the head with sound before you export. You get bars and slate PNGs, the countdown as an image sequence, a 48 kHz 24-bit head WAV, a tail-pop WAV and a placement sheet with every timecode.

Formats 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50 and 59.94 fps (non-drop) at HD, UHD, 720p or DCI 2K.
