you dropped markers while cutting. now youtube wants chapters, the client wants a list, and someone wants subtitles of your notes. markers out does all three with one click.

you get

• chapters.txt: youtube chapters, checked against youtube's rules (starts at 00:00, at least 3 chapters, at least 10 s apart). breaks get a console warning; a missing 00:00 gets an "Intro" for free.
• markers.srt: one cue per marker
• markers.csv: record tc, frame, colour, name, note, duration

config (top of the file, plain lua)

• OUTPUT_DIR: defaults to desktop/Markers Out
• ONLY_COLOURS: e.g. only blue markers

install copy into Fusion/Scripts/Utility, then Workspace › Scripts › Markers Out. resolve free or studio, no python.

free, because chapters shouldn't take longer than the edit.
